How far in advance should I book a charter bus in Charlotte?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during Panthers and Hornets seasons, major conventions at the CRTC, and peak travel periods. For large groups or multi-day charters, earlier is always better. Same-day requests are handled on availability.
What areas of North Carolina do you serve?

We serve Greater Charlotte including Uptown, South End, Ballantyne, Concord, Gastonia, and surrounding counties. Our coaches also travel throughout the Southeast and along the entire East Coast for longer trips.
Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes. All ABD Tours drivers hold valid CDL licenses with passenger endorsements and undergo background checks and drug testing. Our fleet carries full commercial liability insurance and meets all FMCSA requirements.

What size groups do you accommodate?

Our fleet ranges from sprinters/minicoaches (14–35 passengers) to full-size motorcoaches (56 passengers). For very large groups, we can coordinate multiple coaches to run in tandem.
Do your coaches have WiFi and power outlets?

Many of our motorcoaches are equipped with onboard WiFi, power outlets, reclining seats, and climate control. Amenities vary by vehicle — let us know your preferences when requesting a quote.
